摘要
针对欧美食用菌生产技术和标准的翻译方法进行研究,提出食用菌生产技术翻译中的基本策略,并在此基础上给出了具体的翻译方法,对欧美食用菌生产技术和标准等资料,从翻译的准确度和翻译技巧两方面进行了研究,提出精准翻译的同时,也应适当变通翻译方法,采用一些翻译技巧。这些翻译策略和方法为科学准确地对欧美先进的食用菌生产技术翻译提供了借鉴。
Through studies the translation methods of European and American edible fungi production technology and standards,puts forward the basic strategies in the translation of edible fungi production technology,and on this basis gives the specific translation methods,studies the European and American edible fungi production technology and standards from two aspects of translation accuracy and translation skills,and puts forward that the accurate translation should also be adapted appropriately methods,such as using some translation skills.These translation strategies and methods provide a reference for scientific and accurate translation of European and American advanced edible fungi production technology.
