HS-SPME-GC-MS分析桑寄生-秦艽药对及其单味药的挥发性成分 被引量:7

HS-SPME-GC-MS analysis of volatile components of Gentiana-Morus and its single medicine

摘要 目的分析比较秦艽、桑寄生以及秦艽-桑寄生药对的挥发性成分。方法通过单因素考察确定最佳萃取条件,采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用,测定秦艽、桑寄生以及秦艽-桑寄生药对挥发性化学成分,通过面积归一法确定各成分含量。结果最终确定条件为称量0.6g,萃取温度60℃,解析时间3min。在桑寄生中鉴定出了41种成分,占挥发性成分总量的98.98%;在秦艽中鉴定出了29种成分,占挥发性成分总量的94.32%;在桑寄生-秦艽药对中鉴定出了29种成分,占挥发性成分总量的98.32%。结论桑寄生和秦艽的配伍导致其化学成分的种类和含量发生了一定的变化。 Objective To analyze and compare the volatile components of Gentiana,Morus and Gentiana-Morus. Methods The optimal extraction conditions were determined by single factor investigation. The headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were combined to determine the volatile effects of Gentiana,Morus and Gentiana-Morus. The content of each component is determined by the area normalization method. Results The final determination conditions were 0.6 g weighing,extraction temperature 60°C,and analysis time 3 min. 41 components were identified in Morus,accounting for 98.98% of the total volatile components;29 components were identified in Gentiana,accounting for94.32% of the total volatile components;29 components were identified in Gentiana-Morus,accounting for 98.32% of the total volatile ingredients. Conclusion The compatibility of Morus and Gentiana has caused certain changes in the types and contents of its chemical components.
