从三焦论述针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征

Treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome with acupuncture and moxibustion from triple energizer

肠易激综合征是临床常见、发病率较高的功能性胃肠病,临床以腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)最为多见。基于三焦分部理论来分析,其发病部位在肠,而其病因病机涉及上焦心肺、中焦脾胃、下焦肾等相关脏腑,故临床表现为上焦有心慌心悸,中焦有腹痛腹泻,下焦有形寒肢冷、腰膝酸软等症状。中医针灸治疗宜根据三焦辨证理论选取上、中、下三焦不同的穴位,采用针刺与艾灸的方法以宣通三焦,达到上焦调补心肺,中焦健运脾胃,下焦温肾固阳的疗效。

Irritable bowel syndrom is a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease with a high incidence,and diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is the most common clinical disease. Analyzed based on the theory of triple-energizer divisions,its onset is in the intestines,and its etiology and pathogenesis involve the upper energizer heart and lung,middle energizer spleen and stomach,lower energizer kidney. Therefore,the clinical manifestations are palpitation and palpitations in the upper energizer,abdominal pain and diarrhea in the middle energizer,and cold limbs in the lower energizer,and soreness in the waist and knees. In terms of treatment,according to the triple-energizere dialectical theory,TCM acupuncture selects different acupoints for the upper,middle,and lower triple-energizers,and uses acupuncture and moxibustion to promote the triple-energizers to achieve the purpose of regulating the upper focal length and replenishing the heart and lungs,and the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer,warming the kidney and strengthening the yang in the lower energizer.
