中医康复联合康惠尔透明贴预防华蟾素输注所致静脉炎干预效果观察

Clinical observation on Kanghuier transparent stick combined with TCM Rehabilitation in preventing of phlebitis caused by Huachansu infusion

目的观察中医手部康复操联合康惠尔透明贴在预防华蟾素输注所致静脉炎的干预效果。方法将我院90例华蟾素静脉输注治疗患者随机均分为对照组与实验组各45例。对照组采用50%硫酸镁对静脉穿刺血管湿敷治疗,实验组采用中医手部康复操联合康惠尔透明贴干预治疗,对比两组静脉炎分级、静脉炎发生率、红肿直径、视觉模拟自评量表(VAS)评分、静脉炎症状积分、血清炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,实验组静脉炎分级程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组静脉炎发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患部的红肿直径、疼痛评分(VAS)、静脉炎症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)因子水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医康复联合康惠尔透明贴可有效预防华蟾素输注所致静脉炎,缓解疼痛症状,红肿直径明显缩小,减轻炎症反应,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of Kanghuier transparent stick combined with TCM rehabilitation in preventing phlebitis caused by Huachansu infusion. Methos 90 cases of patients with Huachansu intravenous infusion were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 45 cases each. Control group was treated with 50% magnesium sulfate for venous puncture and vascular puncture,experimental group was treated with TCM hand rehabilitation exercises combined with Kanghuier transparent stick. Symptoms of venous inflammation,serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the degree of phlebitis in experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the incidence of phlebitis in experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the swelling diameter of the affected area,Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,phlebitis symptom score of experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),and interleukin-6(IL-6)factors in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM rehabilitation combined with Kanghuier transparent stick can effectively prevent phlebitis caused by Huachansu infusion,relieve pain symptoms,significantly reduce the diameter of redness and swelling,reduce the inflammatory response with significant effect,which is worth promoting.
