基于关联规则的国医大师运用瓜蒌-薤白药对治疗胸痹心痛病的配伍研究

Study on the association rules of Trichosanthes kirilowii-Allium macrostemon drug pair by Chinese medical masters in treatment of chest arthralgia and heartach

目的挖掘国医大师运用瓜蒌-薤白药对治疗胸痹心痛病的配伍规律。方法收集整理国医大师的处方,建立数据库,通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5,提取含瓜蒌-薤白药对胸痹心痛病处方,运用关联规则数据挖掘方法对其配伍规律进行分析。结果国医大师运用瓜蒌-薤白药对在治疗胸痹心痛病时,常与活血化瘀药、补虚药配伍使用;在与单味药的配伍使用中,常与丹参、半夏、川芎分别联用。结论瓜蒌-薤白药对是治疗胸痹心痛病的常用药对,国医大师多从痰、瘀、虚入手,在运用此药对化痰行气的同时,注重活血化瘀、补虚。

Objective To explore the compatibility rule of Trichosanthes kirilowii and Allium macrostemon used by Chinese medical masters in treatment of chest arthralgia and heartache. Methods Collect and sort out the prescriptions of Chinese medical masters,establish a database,extract the prescriptions containing Trichosanthes kirilowii and Allium macrostemon for chest arthralgia and heartache through the auxiliary platform v2.5 of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,and analyze the compatibility rules by using association rule data mining method. Results Chinese medicine masters often use the combination of Trichosanthes kirilowii and Allium macrostemon with the drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency in treatment of chest arthralgia and heartache;they often use the combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza,Pinellia and Rhizome of Chuanxiong. Conclusion Trichosanthes kirilowii and Allium macrostemon drug pair is common used in treatment of chest arthralgia and heartache. Chinese medical masters usually start with phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency,and pay attention to promoting blood circulation and blood stasis and tonifying deficiency while using this drug pair to remove phlegm and qi.
