男性不育症危险因素分析及其对性生活质量的影响研究

Analysis of risk factors for male infertility and their influences on sexual life quality

目的探讨男性不育的危险因素及其对性生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的男性不育症患者112例(不育组)以及同期在我院进行健康体检的已婚育男性98例(对照组)作为研究对象。对两组研究对象进行现场问卷调查,比较两组研究对象结婚年龄、文化程度以及吸烟、熬夜等情况的差异;对影响男性不育的危险因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析;就男性不育独立危险因素对男性不育症患者性生活质量的影响进行分析。结果不育组患者的结婚年龄、文化程度、BMI、被动吸烟、饮酒、睡眠时间、使用电脑时间、夫妻关系、性病史等与对照组已婚育男性比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析的结果显示,BMI、被动吸烟、饮酒、睡眠时间、使用电脑时间、性病史是男性不育的独立危险因素。不同睡眠时间及有无性病史的男性不育患者的性生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BMI、被动吸烟、饮酒、睡眠时间、使用电脑时间、性病史是男性不育的独立危险因素;睡眠时间、性病史对患者的性生活质量有重要影响。

Objective To explore the risk factors for male infertility and their influences on sexual life quality.Methods A total of 112 male infertility patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019(infertility group)and 98 married males(control group)who underwent health examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the research objects.Field questionnaire surveys were conducted on the two groups to compare the differences in age of marriage,education level,smoking,staying up late,etc.between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on the risk factors for male infertility.The influences of independent risk factors for male infertility on sexual life quality of patients with male infertility were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the marriage age,education level,BMI,passive smoking,drinking,sleeping time,computer use time,spousal relationship,and the history of sexually transmitted diseases between the infertility group and the control group(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,passive smoking,drinking,sleeping time,computer use time,and the history of sexually transmitted diseases were independent risk factors for male infertility.There was a statistically significant difference in the sexual life quality scores between male infertility patients with different sleeping time and with the presence of the history of sexually transmitted diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion BMI,passive smoking,drinking,sleeping time,computer use time,and the history of sexually transmitted diseases are independent risk factors for male infertility.Sleeping time and the history of sexually transmitted diseases have important influences on sexual life quality of patients.
