中医药治疗脓毒症肠屏障损伤的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Intestinal Barrier Damage in Sepsis

脓毒症是一种临床常见的感染引起的炎症综合征,患者预后不良,死亡率居高不下。脓毒症的发生机制较为复杂,而过度的炎症反应是目前公认的主要机制。胃肠道的屏障功障碍使得细菌和内毒素在脓毒症发展过程中起到了重要作用,故肠源性脓毒症学说已成为近年来的研究热点。中医药治疗在脓毒症诊治方面中一直都备受关注,很多临床试验及实验研究都证实一些中药具有改善脓毒症胃肠功能的作用。有关中医药治疗脓毒症肠屏障损伤的疗效和机制,已有很多学者展开了研究,目前中药复方和单味药治疗肠屏障损伤已可以深入细胞及分子水平,该文通过对近年研究的挖掘,进行总结陈述。

Sepsis is a common inflammatory syndrome caused by clinical infection,which leads to death and disability,and the mortality rate remains high.The mechanism of sepsis is complex,and excessive inflammation is recognized as the main mechanism.The barrier dysfunction of gastrointestinal tract makes bacteria and endotoxin plays an important role in the development of sepsis.Therefore,the theory of enterogenous sepsis has become a research hotspot in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment has paid much attention to the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.Many clinical and experimental studies have proved that some TCM can improve the gastrointestinal function of sepsis.Many scholars have studied the efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intestinal barrier injury in sepsis.At present,the treatment of intestinal barrier injury with traditional Chinese medicine compound and single medicine can go deep into the cellular and molecular level.This paper summarized and stated the research in recent years.
