五苓散是临床上常用于治疗膀胱气化不利所致蓄水证的经典方,常用于改善诸如小便不利、口渴、呕吐、腹泻、自汗等病症,疗效显著。近代以来,五苓散的应用已经不仅仅局限于蓄水证。现代临床应用及相关实验室研究表明,五苓散对改善泌尿系统、神经系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、眼部疾患、皮肤病、下肢疾患以及骨折等疾病的临床症状、体征及临床相关指标等有明显的优势。为进一步深入了解五苓散在上述疾病中的临床疗效,探索五苓散组成的各药物中行之有效的化学成分,作者在大量检索相关文献的基础上,归纳了近年来对五苓散主要药物的药理作用和化学成分的研究,总结分析了五苓散治疗各类疾病的临床研究现状,以期为进一步推广应用提供理论依据和参考资料。

Wuling powder(五苓散)is a classic prescription commonly used in the treatment of water storage syndrome caused by unfavorable bladder gasification.It is often used to improve such diseases as adverse urination,thirst,vomiting,diarrhea,spontaneous sweating and so on.Since modern times,the application of Wuling Powder is not limited to water storage certificate.Modern clinical application and related laboratory studies showed that Wuling Powder had obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms,signs and clinical indicators of urinary system,nervous system,digestive system,respiratory system,cardiovascular system,eye diseases,skin diseases,lower limb diseases and fractures.In order to further understand the clinical efficacy of Wuling Powder in the above-mentioned diseases,and explore the effective chemical components of Wuling Powder,the author summarized the pharmacological effects and chemical components of Wuling Powder in recent years on the basis of a large number of relevant literature retrieval,and summarized and analyzed the clinical research status of Wuling Powder in the treatment of various diseases,in order to make progress one step popularization and application provides theoretical basis and reference materials.
