补肺益肾法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚型)研究进展

Research Progress on Treatment of COPD in Stable Period(Deficiency of Lung and Kidney)by Invigorating Lung and Kidney

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称为慢阻肺)是以喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气短为主要症状的一种呼吸系统常见病,中医通常将其划属于肺胀范畴。多数患者在慢阻肺稳定期只有表现为咳嗽、咳痰等症状,不易引起重视,往往错过最佳的诊疗时机,最终出现一系列并发症甚至危及生命,因此,采取正确的慢阻肺稳定期防治措施对慢阻肺疾病意义重大。慢阻肺稳定期的患者多有肺肾两虚之证,对于慢阻肺发生的诸多机制,中医补肺益肾法都有着很好的干预作用,可以明显缓解患者的诸多症状,提升肺功能,减少加重频次,提高生存质量,稳定患者病情。该文现将近年运用补肺益肾法治疗慢阻肺稳定期患者的研究整理总结,以为今后补肺益肾法的运用提供更多临床依据。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory disease with the cardinal symptoms of wheezing,coughing,expectoration,chest-tightness and shortness of breath.Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the disease belongs to the category of"lung distension"in TCM.Most of patients only have cough and expectoration in stable period and they always lost the best opportunity for further treatment because of ignoring these mild symptoms.As a result,lots of related complications will be observed in these patients and even pose a threat to patients’life.Therefore,it is significant to take the correct treatment promptly in stable period of COPD.During the remission period of COPD,the syndrome of"lung-kidney deficiency"appears more.Invigorating lung and kidney from traditional Chinese medicine has many methods to act on pathogenesis of COPD to alleviate symptoms of patients,improve lung function,reduce the frequency of acute exacerbation,improve the quality of life and stable condition.This paper summarized the clinical research of"invigorating lung and the kidney"in treating COPD syndrome of"lung-kidney deficiency"in recent years,and provides a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
