摘要
生态系统服务价值是用货币直接或者间接衡量生态系统服务的各种指标,生态系统服务价值的变化反映了人类活动对生态环境的影响。基于DEM数字高程数据、土地利用数据、土壤数据、气象数据和水资源统计数据,利用InVEST模型评估洞庭湖生态经济区2005年、2010年和2015年的水源涵养、土壤保持和碳储存三种生态系统服务物质量,并利用市场价值法和影子工程法等,计算该区域三种生态系统服务总价值。结果表明:2005年、2010年、2015年区域三种生态系统服务总价值分别为2938.9258亿元、2888.8812亿元、3079.6160亿元。为真实反映生态资源供求关系和人们对维持良好生态系统的支付意愿,需建立完善的生态资源资产交易市场,实现生态系统服务价值的市场转换,以提高资源配置效率。
Ecosystem service value is a kind of index,which can directly or indirectly measure ecosystem service with currency.The change of ecosystem service value reflects the impact of human activities on the ecological environment.Based on DEM digital elevation data,land use data,soil data,meteorological data,and water resources statistics data,this work uses invest model to evaluate the quality of water conservation,soil conservation,and carbon storage in Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone in 2005,2010 and 2015,and uses market value method and shadow engineering method to calculate the total value of the three ecosystem servi ces in the region.The results showed that the total value of three ecosystem services in 2005,2010,and 2015 were 293.89258 billion yuan,288.8812 billion yuan,and 307.9616 billion yuan,respectively.In order to truly reflect the supply and demand of ecological resources and people s willingness to pay for the maintenance of a good ecosystem,it is necessary to establish a perfect market for the exchange of ecological resources assets,realizing the market transformation of ecosystem service value,and improving the efficiency of resource allocation.
