咸阳市耕地撂荒驱动因素分析及对策

Driving Factors Analysis and Countermeasures for Abandoned Land in Xianyang City

为了促进咸阳市撂荒耕地再利用,加强耕地保护,文中基于遥感数据、DEM栅格数据与实地调查数据,对咸阳市耕地撂荒地驱动因素进行了分析研究。结果显示,咸阳市撂荒耕地主要分布在土壤条件恶劣、耕地破碎化严重、交通运输不便以及经济不发达的地区,少数分布在城镇周边。耕地撂荒形成的原因有自然因素、社会因素、经济因素以及政策宣传不足等政策因素,其中人为的社会经济因素影响较大。研究结果对咸阳市撂荒地的再度合理利用,耕地保护和粮食安全保障提供依据。

In order to promote the reuse of abandoned cultivated land and strengthen the protection of cultivated land in Xianyang City, remote sensing data, DEM grid data and field survey data was used to analyze the driving factors of cultivated land abandonment. The results show that the abandoned cultivated land in Xianyang City was mainly distributed in the areas with poor soil conditions, serious fragmentation of cultivated land, inconvenient transportation and underdeveloped economy, and area around the cities and towns. The causes of cultivated land abandonment include natural factors, social factors, economic factors and insufficient policy publicity. The results of the study can provide a basis for the rational use of abandoned land, farmland protection and food security.
