咸阳市中小学健康教育与管理制度现状分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Current Situation of Health Education and Management System in Primary and Secondary Schools in Xianyang City

摘要 对咸阳市中小学卫生安全与健康教育的办学条件、校园文化、学校管理制度等方面进行了分析,发现具备健康教育专职人员和课程活动的校数比例偏低;农村初中教师和入职三年以内的新手教师,其归属感和安全感相对较低;学校重要事项讨论制度和问题协商机制不完善,教师参与度低,城区初中教师和高学历教师对学校管理满意度相对较低。中小学校应健全学校民主管理制度,重视校园文化内涵建设,配备卫生技术人员,开展有针对性的安全与健康教育。 An analysis is made of the current situation of conditions, campus culture, and management system of safety hygiene and health education in primary and secondary schools in Xianyang City. It was found that: the proportion of schools with full-time health education staff and curriculum activities is low;the sense of belonging and security of rural junior high school teachers and novice teachers who have been employed for less than three years is relatively low;the school discussion system and problem consultation system for important matters are not perfect, and teachers’ participation is low. The mechanism for discussing important school matters and consulting on issues is imperfect,teacher participation is low, and satisfaction with school management is relatively low among urban junior high school teachers and teachers with higher education. Schools need to be improve the democratic school management system,strengthen the connotation construction of campus culture, equipped with health paramedics, and carry out targeted safety and health education.
