开放大学在线课程建设现状及策略研究

Research on Present Situation and Strategies of Online Course Construction in Open University

开放大学要实现人才培养目标离不开在线课程建设,在线课程建设的质量关系到学校专业、课程、教学的改革与发展。目前,开放大学的在线课程标准仍缺乏针对性;在线课程设计水平有待提高;课程质量保障机制有待优化。鉴于此,本文提出了学习者中心、示范引领、建用结合、特色发展的课程建设原则,并从落实校本特色的在线课程建设标准、贯彻"以学习者为中心"的在线课程设计理念、完善在线课程质量保障机制三个方面,探讨开放大学在线课程建设改革策略。

The construction of online course plays a vital role in realizing the goal of talent training and promoting the reform and development of specialty,curriculum and teaching in Open University.At present,the online course standard of Open University is still lack of pertinence;the level of course design needs to be improved;and the course quality assurance mechanism needs to be optimized.In view of this,this paper puts forward the course construction principles,including learner center,demonstration guidance,combination of construction and application,and characteristic development.Moreover,it discusses the reform strategies of online course construction in Open University from three aspects:implementing the online course standard with school-based characteristics;carrying out the concept of"learner-centered"online course design;and perfecting the quality assurance mechanism.
