摘要
文化是企业发展最持久深沉的力量。现代企业都重视企业文化教育培训。就民营中小企业文化建设的现状看,主要存在文化教育缺乏目的性、系统性和科学性等问题。在校企合作中,社区教育应该自觉承担起推动民营中小企业文化建设的责任。以政府为主导,企业为主体,社区教育为推手,跨界联动融合发展,构筑企业文化网络、打造教育培训平台,制订切合需求的培训计划、建立灵活有效的培训模式、构建持续推进的长效机制、建设质优量足的师资队伍,使企业成员自觉地受到文化浸染,让企业拥有世界眼光,用文化的力量更好地适应市场。
Culture is the most lasting and deep power of enterprise development.Modern enterprises attach great importance to corporate culture education and training.From the current situation of the cultural construction of small and medium-sized private enterprises,there are mainly problems such as the lack of purpose,systematicness and scientificity of cultural education.In schoolenterprise cooperation,community education should consciously undertake the responsibility of promoting the cultural construction of private small and medium-sized enterprises.With the government as the leading role,enterprises as the main body,community education as the driving force,cross-border linkage and integrated development,to build an enterprise culture network to create an education and training platform.Develop training plan to meet the needs,establish flexible and effective training mode,build a long-term mechanism for continuous promotion,and build a qualified and sufficient number of teachers.Make the members of the enterprise consciously influenced by culture,so that the enterprise has a world perspective,with the power of culture to better adapt to the market.
