摘要
国家会议中心二期会展区转换桁架平面尺寸81m×234m,最大跨度81m,单榀主桁架最重约800t。采用设临时支撑原位安装方案将桁架分段重量控制在45t以内,根据分区和桁架分段情况选择吊装机械。在安装顺序、合龙口连接、结构卸载等方面采取技术措施,保证了安全施工,降低了成本。
The transfer truss in the exhibition area of China National Conference Center phase Ⅱ covers a plane size of 81 m×234m.Its maximum span is as wide as 81m and the biggest weight of single arch of the main truss is 800t.In-situ temporary support installation scheme was adopted to divide the weight of each truss segment to be within 45t and then lifting machine was selected according to the area division and truss segment.Technical measures were adopted for installation sequence,connection of the final closure and structure unloading,etc.,to successfully guarantee the construction safety and reduce the construction cost.
