摘要
国家会议中心二期工程在20.000m标高设置转换层,形成8000m^(2)的无柱空间主会场(72m大跨度转换)和20000m^(2)无柱空间会展厅(81 m大跨度转换,转换平台上重载)。通过分析大跨度钢结构桁架桥施工的重点及难点,采取留设超长结构施工缝选择转换层楼板浇筑时机、设置转换层楼板后浇带等技术措施,通过施工过程模拟分析,技术得到了适当细化。
China National Conference Center Phase Ⅱ has a conversion layer at an elevation of 20.000m,forming a main venue of 8000m^(2) column-free space(72 m large-span conversion)and 20000 m^(2) column-free space exhibition hall(81 m large-span conversion,conversion platform overload).Through the analysis on the key points and difficulties in the construction of large-span steel truss bridges,technical measures such as leaving extra-long structural joints,choosing the timing of the conversion floor slab pouring,and setting up the conversion floor slab post-pouring belt,etc.,with simulation analysis of construction process,related technology is refined.
