超大体量转换桁架层成套综合施工技术

摘要 国家会议中心二期主体部分2.8万m^(2)、2.5万t转换桁架施工中,针对转换桁架跨度巨大、转换层以上结构及受力工况复杂、精度要求高、工期紧等难点,通过优化施工部署、优选施工方案、科学组织施工,在结构安装及卸载体系模拟分析及综合监测等方面按既定进度实现了质量目标。 The transfer truss of China National Conference Center Phase Ⅱ covers an area of 28000m^(2) and its weight is 25000t.Considering the huge volume and span of the transfer truss,complex structure and stress condition above the transfer floor,high accuracy requirement and tight construction period,optimization of construction plan,comparison of construction schemes and scientific construction organization were carried out and the quality objectives on simulative analysis of structure installation and unloading system and general monitoring were realized according to the designed construction schedule.
