钢筋连接器在国家会议中心二期工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 国家会议中心二期主体工程地下结构施工中,针对钢管柱截面多样、型钢梁柱节点钢筋密集且大直径钢筋规格多等特点,经比较,综合使用钢筋连接器并优化钢筋间距等方法,利用工厂化加工的优点,降低了施工难度,提高了可操作性,减少了搭接接头数量及现场焊接的工程量,保证了钢筋与钢结构的连接质量。 During basement construction of the main building in China National Conference Center phase II,the steel tubular columns have diversified sections,the steel bar of profile steel beam-column node is dense and different types of large-diameter steel were used.After comparison,various measures were adopted,such as using steel bar connector,optimizing the spacing among steel bars.Based on the advantages of factory-based production,construction difficulty was reduced,feasibilities were improved,steel bar overlapping and field wielding workload were reduced,and connection quality between steel bar and steel structure was guaranteed.
