三维立体激光扫描技术在大型钢结构构件质量检测中的应用 被引量:5

APPLICATION OF 3D LASER SCANNING TECHNOLOGY IN QUALITY INSPECTION OF LARGE STEEL STRUCTURE COMPONENTS

摘要 使用三维激光在线扫描仪和三维全站仪对国家会议中心二期工程钢结构变形主体进行在线检测,对比2种检测方法综合获得的三维形变建模数据信息,对其三维点云结构进行多曲面形变建模数据分析,可直观获得钢梁和大挠度梁的形变数据信息,应用结果表明三维激光在线扫描仪形变检测技术可用于钢结构主体检测。 3D laser online scanner and 3D total station are used to perform online detection of the deformed main body of the steel structure of China National Conference Center Phase Ⅱ,and the 3D deformation modeling data information is analyzed and compared,obtained by the two detection methods,and analyze of multi-surface deformation modeling data on its 3D point cloud structure are analyzed,the deformation data information of steel beams and large deflection beams can be directly obtained.The application results show that the three-dimensional laser online scanner deformation detection technology can be used for the detection of steel structures.
