摘要
根据国家会议中心二期项目主体结构矩形钢管柱的特点,确定对灌芯混凝土采用自密实混凝土高抛法施工。为此研发了可调工具式浇筑平台,该平台使用安全,可节约成本,提高效率,通过制订高抛法灌芯技术的质量控制要点,保证了施工效果。
Considering the characteristics of rectangular steel tubular column of the main structure of China National Conference Center Phase Ⅱ,it was determined to adopt the self-compacting concrete high-dropping flling method.Adjustable grouting platform was designed,successfully saving construction cost and improving efficiency.Key points for quality control of high-dropping filling technique were made to guarantee the construction effect.
