摘要
实测实量是评定工程质量的关键环节,传统实测实量的方法是采用吊坠、靠尺等简单的工具随机抽取样本的点、线要素,其数据质量缺陷明显,无法满足施工质量检验要求。数字化实测实量技术是以三维激光扫描技术为核心,结合测量机器人技术对被检测样本的各几何面进行三维打描测量,获取点云数据,再利用BIM技术建立反映客观现状的点云模型,与设计模型比对从而获取施工质量偏差的全部信息。实践证明,该技术的测量精度满足现质量验收规范对测量精度的要求。
Actual measurement is a key link in evaluating project quality.The traditional method of actual measurement is to randomly sample point and line elements with simple tools such as pendants and rulers.The data quality defects are obvious and cannot meet the requirements of construction quality inspection.The digital actual measurement technology is based on the 3D laser scanning technology,combined with the measurement robot technology to perform 3D scanning measurement on each geometric surface of the tested sample,obtain point cloud data,and then use BIM technology to establish a point cloud model reflecting the objective status quo,and comparing with design model to obtain all the information of construction quality deviation.Practice has proved that the measurement accuracy of this technology meets the requirements of the current quality acceptance specifications for measurement accuracy.
