刺络拔罐联合针刺治疗妊娠期周围性面瘫急性期的随机对照研究

Randomized Controlled Trial on Blood-Letting Puncture and Cupping Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis during Pregnancy

目的:研究刺络拔罐联合针刺治疗妊娠期周围性面瘫急性期患者的临床疗效。方法:妊娠期周围性面瘫急性期患者48例,使用随机数字表法随机分成针刺组和刺络拔罐组,针刺组予针刺和TDP照射治疗,刺络拔罐组在针刺组基础上予患侧翳风穴刺络拔罐治疗,10 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,使用H-B面神经功能评分表评定两组患者治疗1个疗程、3个疗程后面瘫恢复情况,并比较疗效和面瘫痊愈时间。结果:①治疗1个疗程、3个疗程后评定发现,刺络拔罐组H-B面神经功能评分均低于针刺组,P<0.05;②刺络拔罐组总有效率91.6%(22/24)高于针刺组83.33%(20/24),P<0.05;③刺络拔罐组患者面瘫痊愈时间短于针刺组,P<0.05。结论:刺络拔罐联合针刺治疗妊娠期周围性面瘫急性期女性疗效确切,能够缩短治疗时间。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis during pregnancy.Methods:48 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis during pregnancy were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and TDP irradiation;on which basis,the study group was also treated with blood-letting puncture and cupping on the affected side of Yifeng point(SJ17).10 days were taken as one course of treatment,and the treatment duration was three courses.H-B facial nerve function score table was used to evaluate the recovery of facial paralysis after one course and after three courses of treatment in the two groups,also the curative effect and recovery time of facial paralysis were also compared between the two groups.Results:After one course and three courses of treatment,it was found that the H-B facial nerve function score was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 91.6%(22/24)in the study group,which was significantly higher than 83.33%(20/24)in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of facial paralysis was shorter in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with acupuncture has significant curative effect on acute peripheral facial paralysis during pregnancy.The therapy can shorten the treatment time.
