电除尘器内气流分布板参数对气流均布性影响 被引量:1

摘要 气流分布板开孔率及孔径对电除尘器电场区域内气流均布性和除尘效率有着重要的影响,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件,采用实际建模的方法改变气流分布板开孔率、开孔直径,对某型号电除尘器内部气流分布状态进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:使用三层气流分布板,开孔率设置为40%-30%-30%,孔径为60mm,在电除尘器电场区域内可以获得较好的气流均布性。所得结论可供类似机组在电除尘器改造和设计时参考。 The opening rate and aperture of the air distribution plate have an important influence on the uniformity of air flow and dust removal efficiency in the electric field area of the electrostatic precipitator.Using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software,using actual modeling methods to change the opening rate and opening diameter of the airflow distribution plate,numerical simulation analysis of the internal airflow distribution of a certain model of electrostatic precipitator.The results show that using a three-layer air distribution plate,the opening rate is set to 40%-30%-30%,and the aperture is 60mm,which can achieve better airflow uniformity in the electric field area of the electrostatic precipitator.The conclusions obtained can be used as a reference for similar units in the transformation and design of electrostatic precipitators.
