摘要
打顶是棉花种植过程中的必要农艺措施,对于保证棉花高品质和高产量具有重要的意义。针对传统机械化打顶方式中存在的棉花单株仿形能力差、过切率和漏切率高的问题,提出将立体视觉测量技术应用于棉花打顶机中,实现对单株棉花顶芽的高速识别和精准定位,为打顶执行装置提供精确的作业坐标,实现对棉花精准打顶。试验表明:采用立体视觉测量技术对棉花顶芽的识别准确率达90%左右,定位精度可达1cm内,可提高棉花打顶作业效率和棉花产量。
Topping is a necessary agronomic measure in the process of cotton planting.It is of great significance to ensure high quality and high yield of cotton.In view of the problems existing in the traditional mechanized topping method,such as poor profiling ability of single plant,high over-cutting rate and missing cutting rate,It is proposed that the Stereo Vision measurement technology should be applied to the cotton topping machine to realize the high-speed identification and accurate location of the apical bud of a single cotton plant.Thus,the accurate working coordinates can be provided for the topping execution device,and the accurate topping effect of cotton can be realized.The experimental results show that the identification accuracy of cotton terminal bud by stereo vision measurement technology is about 90%,and the positioning accuracy can reach 1cm,it can improve the efficiency of cotton topping operation and cotton yield.
