Optimization and Simulation of Gear Shift Production Line Based on FlexSim

制造企业生产线的优化能有效降低成本,提高效率和产量。为了对某企业换挡器车间的装配线做出合理改善,在作业测定、生产线平衡等理论的基础上,对其存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进措施;应用FlexSim仿真软件对改进前、后的生产线进行仿真,得出相应数据证明了优化方案的可行性。

Production line optimization in manufacturing enterprises can effectively reduce costs,improve efficiency and output.In order to improve the assembly line of the shifter workshop of a company,the existing problems were analyzed and improved on the basis of the theory of job measurement and production line balance,etc.,and pointed out that improvement measures were proposed,and the production lines before and after the improvement were simulated by applying FlexSim simulation software,and the corresponding data were obtained to prove the feasibility of the optimization scheme.
