Design and Construction of Intelligent Heating and Impurity Removal Device

目前我国北方地区冬季取暖方式大多数为集中供暖,为解决集中供暖过程中产生的一系列问题,设计出了一个智能供暖除杂装置。本装置可在集中供暖过程中实现智能化除沙除杂,对热水管道的压力、温度以及流量进行实时检测;根据监测到的压力和流量参数,能够对过滤器是否堵塞进行智能化判断;当过滤器堵塞时,能够自动清洗,当过滤器老化时进行报警提示,并将过滤器堵塞信息传递给远程计算机,提示维修人员及时处理和更换损坏的过滤器。

At present,most heating methods in northern China in winter are central heating.In order to solve a series of problems in the process of central heating,an intelligent heating and impurity removal device is designed.This device can realize intelligent sand removal and impurity removal in the process of central heating.The pressure,temperature and flow rate of hot water pipeline can be detected in real time.According to the monitored pressure and flow parameters,this device can intelligently judge whether the filter is blocked;when the filter is blocked,it can automatically clean;when the filter is aging,it will give an alarm,and send the filter blockage information to the remote computer,prompting the maintenance personnel to deal with and replace the damaged filter in time.
