摘要
为解决高原寒区道路养护问题,设计了一种太阳能与废气循环混合加热式沥青搅拌装置。该装置采用新型热管式太阳能集热器吸收太阳辐射能对沥青进行预加热,同时通过回收汽车排放的废气,流经燃烧室实现辅助加热。温控箱对搅拌桶内温度进行实时显示和控制,以保证沥青在高原最佳施工温度范围内。
In order to solve the problem of road maintenance in Plateau and cold regions,an asphalt agitator with solar energy and exhaust gas cycle heating is designed in this paper.A new type of heat pipe solar collector is used to absorb solar radiation energy and preheat asphalt,meanwhile auxiliary heating is realized through the recovery of vehicle exhaust gas and flow through the combustion chamber.The temperature control box can real-time display and control the temperature in the mixing drum to ensure that the asphalt is in the best construction temperature range.
