摘要
以变速器试验台为基础,新增上位机装置、TCU(变速器控制单元)、电源、气压阀、气泵空压机、USB转CAN控制器和线束等搭建了一种气动式商用车AMT变速器下线检测台架,实现对AMT选换档、AMT副轴制动器(TB)制动性能及相关阀的状态等测试验证。
Based on the transmission test bench,a new type of pneumatic commercial vehicle AMT transmission offline detection bench was built by adding host computer device,Transmission Control Unit(TCU),power supply,pressure valve,air pump air compressor,USB to CAN controller and wiring harness,etc.The detection bench is used to test and verify the AMT gear selection,AMT countershaft brake(TB)braking performance and related valve status.
