Design of Household Natural Gas Concentration Monitoring Device

天然气作为清洁能源已经在国民生产生活中得到广泛的应用,但是天然气作为一种无色、无味的可燃性气体,其泄漏爆炸将会带来巨大危害。为有效检测天然气浓度,设计了家用天然气浓度监控装置,利用MQ-5型传感器检测天然气浓度,检测信号经过A/D转换传递给STC89C52单片机,由单片机进行运算处理。如果检测值高于报警预定值,进行声光报警并启动执行动作,关闭天然气阀门。天然气浓度值在整个监控过程中都可以通过LCD1602液晶显示屏进行实时显示。经测试,该系统达到了预期的功能,能够实时检测环境中的天然气浓度并报警,降低了危险事故发生率,且成本低廉,运行稳定。

Natural gas as a clean energy has been widely used in national production and life,but as a colorless and tasteless combustible gas,leakage and explosion will bring great harm.In order to effectively detect the concentration of natural gas,a household natural gas concentration monitoring device is desigend,MQ-5sensor is used to detect the concentration of natural gas,and the detection signal is transferred to STC89C52single chip computer through A/D conversion,and the single chip computer carries out operation processing.If the detection value is higher than the preset value of the alarm,the audible and visual alarm shall be carried out,the execution action shall be started,the natural gas valve shall be closed,and the natural gas concentration value can be displayed in real time through the LCD1602liquid crystal display screen in the whole process.After testing,the system achieves the expected function,can detect the concentration of natural gas in the environment in real time and alarm,reduce the incidence of dangerous accidents,and the design cost is low,stable operation.
