摘要
针对采煤机自动调高控制系统的工作特点和控制要求,首先分析了采煤机滚筒调高系统的组成结构和工作原理,然后对调高控制系统的控制原理、各元件传递函数等进行了研究,并进一步分析了模糊PID算法的控制原理及参数调整原则。在此基础上,利用Simulink软件分别建立了基于常规PID算法和模糊PID算法的系统仿真模型并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果显示,模糊PID算法比常规PID算法有更快的响应速度和更小的超调量,且抗负载干扰能力更强,能快速达到系统稳定状态,因此更加适合滚筒调高自动控制。
According to the working characteristics and control requirements of the shearer automatic height adjustment control system,firstly,the composition structure and working principle of the shearer drum height adjustment system are analyzed,and then the control principle of the height adjustment control system and the transfer function of each component are studied.Further analyze the control principle and parameter adjustment principle of fuzzy PID algorithm.On this basis,Simulink software was used to establish system simulation models based on conventional PID algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm and perform simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID algorithm has faster response speed and smaller overshoot than the conventional PID algorithm,and has stronger anti-load interference ability,and can quickly reach the stable state of the system,so it is more suitable for the automatic control of the drum height.
