摘要
某中职学校一台CK-6140数控车床伺服系统电气元器件开始老化、性能变差、控制技术已经落后,经常出现死机等故障,从而造成加工工件报废。因此,对该车床伺服系统进行改造升级,以还原车床功能,满足工件加工要求。
A CK-6140CNC lathe servo system in a secondary vocational school began to age,performance deteriorated,control technology has fallen behind,and often crashes and other failures,resulting in scrapped machining workpieces.Therefore,the servo system of the lathe was transformed and upgraded to restore the lathe function to meet the requirements of workpiece processing.
