摘要 互感器实验室在进行互感器试验时存在高电压,外人误入试验区或工作人员带电操作会危及人身安全,为此进行了“互感器实验室安全联锁装置”的项目研发,设置实验室不锈钢安全围栏,研制了“安全联锁装置”,安装了安全围栏防护门闭锁开关、光幕保护及过流保护三重安防设施,并融合了试验过程错误接线报警与控制保护,实现了实验室安全用电和人身保护的联防联控,达到了高压防护和安全试验的目的。 There is a high voltage in the transformer laboratory during the transformer test.Outsiders entering the test area by mistake or the staff's live operation will endanger personal safety.For this reason,the project research and development of the"safety interlock device for the transformer laboratory"has been carried out.Set up a laboratory stainless steel safety fence,and developed a"safety interlocking device".The system is designed and installed with triple security facilities of safety fence protection door lock switch,light curtain protection and overcurrent protection,and integrates the error wiring alarm and control protection during the test process.The joint prevention and control of safe electricity and personal protection in the laboratory is realized,and the purpose of high-voltage protection and safety test is achieved.
