基于全固态感应加热设备的改造及应用

摘要 针对全固态感应加热设备在使用中存在的需接自来水、用水成本高且加热后易结水垢、设备移动不便、人工手持加热圈不稳定不安全等问题,设计制造了一套冷却液循环系统和可移动调节的底座,不但能够有效保障该加热设备的最佳加热效果,而且节约了成本、使用灵活方便,提高了工作效率。 In view of the problems existing in the use of all solid state induction heating equipment,such as the need to receive tap water,the high cost of water and the easy scaling after heating,the inconvenient movement of equipment,the unstable and unsafe manual hand-held heating ring,etc.,a cooling liquid circulation system and a movable adjustable base are designed and manufactured,which can not only ensure the best heating effect of the heating equipment,but also save the cost,be flexible and convenient to use,and improve the working efficiency.
