摘要
首先介绍了采煤机及其作业原理,分析了采煤机振动信号的来源;其次分析了基于截割振动信号的煤岩识别系统的方案,将其分为振动信号采集装置和煤岩识别装置两部分,并分别介绍了其设计思路。所设计的煤岩识别装置能够结合采煤机状态,实时采集振动信号,实现采煤机的煤岩追踪。
Firstly,this paper introduces the shearer and its operating principle,analyzes the source of shearer vibration signal,then analyzes the scheme of coal and rock identification system based on cutting vibration signal,divides it into two parts,vibration signal acquisition device and coal and rock identification device,and introduces its design ideas respectively.The designed coal and rock identification device can collect vibration signal in real time according to the state of the coal shearer and realize coal and rock tracking.
