电化学方法石墨化研究进展及展望

Research progress and prospects of graphitization by electrochemical methods

摘要 石墨是介于原子晶体、金属晶体以及分子晶体之间的一种过渡型晶体,因具有优秀的理化性能而被应用于各行各业。石墨化是在特定的条件下通过一定的技术处理使炭质材料微观结构发生改变,从而使炭材具有与石墨相同理化特征的一种方法,传统的石墨化方法由于具有一定的原料选择性、能耗高、对环境不友好、形貌不可控等缺点限制了在工业上的发展。本文通过对电化学方法石墨化原料选择、转化机理以及形貌调控的讨论,详细介绍了这种新的石墨化方法,同时对其未来的发展趋势做出了展望。 Graphite is a transition type crystal among atomic crystals,metal crystals and molecular crystals.It is used in various industries because of its excellent physical and chemical properties.Graphitization is a process in which the microstructure of carbon materials is changed through certain technical treatments under specific conditions,so that the carbon materials have the same physical and chemical characteristics as graphite.The traditional graphitization methods have certain raw material selectivity,High energy consumption,environmentally unfriendly,uncontrollable appearance and other shortcomings and limit the development of the industry.This article introduces a new graphitization method in detail through the discussion of raw material selection,conversion mechanism and morphology control,and at the same time makes a prospect of its future development trend in electrochemical graphitization.
