摘要
为了满足当前大型高炉施工对炭素泥浆的性能要求,通过实验研究了加入聚乙二醇添加剂对高炉炭砖砌筑用炭素泥浆性能的影响。结果表明,加入适量的聚乙二醇添加剂可以在不改变炭素泥浆施工性能的前提下,有效地增加炭素泥浆中粉料的配入量,从而提高炭素泥浆的固定碳含量;加入的聚乙二醇添加剂在炭素泥浆试样烘烤过程中起到了较好的固结作用,使得炭素泥浆的黏结抗折强度有明显的提高。
In order to meet the performance requirements for the carbon cement in the construction of large scale blast furnace,the effect of polyethylene glycol additive on the performance of carbon cement is studied.The results show that the addition of appropriate amount of polyethylene glycol can effectively increase the amount of powder in the carbon cement without changing the construction performance of the carbon cement,and then increase the fixed carbon content of the carbon cement.The polyethylene glycol additive plays a good role in the curing process of carbon cement sample,which makes the bond bending strength of carbon cement improve significantly.
