真武汤改良方联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Zhenwu decoction modified prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的:观察真武汤改良方联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性肾炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药(利尿药、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、抗生素)控制水肿、控制血压、抗感染,并及时纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡失调;观察组在对照组基础上加用真武汤改良方。两组用药时间均为4周,治疗结束后评定临床疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率为90.00%(27/30),显著优于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤改良方联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods:60 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine:diuretics were used to control edema;angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors were used to control blood pressure,antibiotics were used to control infection,and the imbalance of water,electrolyte and acid-base balance was corrected in time,while the observation group was treated with Zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The medication time of both groups was 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treat-ment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly better than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Zhenwu decoction modified prescription combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,which is worthy of clinical application.
