中医药调节溃疡性结肠炎肠道菌群研究概况

Research Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulating Intestinal Flora in Ulcerative Colitis

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是直肠和结肠慢性非接触异质性炎症疾病,虽然可通过药物和外科手术治疗,但复发率高且难以彻底治愈。近年来,愈来愈多研究表明肠道微生物在宿主肠道黏膜免疫和炎症性疾病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的发展进程中具有关键性作用,肠道微生态失衡容易引发UC,然中药复方及其有效组分调节UC肠道菌群平衡的作用逐步得到认可。将系统阐述肠道菌群在UC发病机制中的作用,并结合肠道菌群失调的中医病因病机,概述近年来健脾渗湿类、清热燥湿类、活血化瘀类等中药复方及其有效组分调节UC肠道菌群平衡的相关研究,为进一步探索中医药恢复肠道菌群平衡治疗UC的分子机制奠定基础,为中医药防治UC的研究提供新方向。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-contact heterogeneous inflammatory disease of rectum and colon.Although it can be treated with drugs and surgery,it has a high recurrence rate and is difficult to cure completely.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that intestinal microorganisms play a key role in the development of host intestinal mucosal immunity and inflammatory disease(IBD).The imbalance of intestinal microecology is easy to cause UC.However,the role of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and its effective components regulating the balance of intestinal flora in UC has been gradually recognized.In this paper,the role of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of UC was systematically described,and combined with the etiology and pathogenesis of intestinal flora disorders in TCM,the relevant research on the regulation of intestinal flora balance of UC by TCM compounds and their effective components,such as invigorating spleen and dampness,clearing heat and dryness,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,so as to lay a foundation for further exploring the molecular mechanism of TCM to restore intestinal flora balance in the treatment of UC.It provided a new direction for the research of TCM Prevention and treatment of UC.
