摘要
汽车后盖外板尺寸较大、形状复杂、成形困难,模具对外部变化因素敏感,很难进行准确判定缺陷产生原因。随着拉伸模拟技术(CAE)及网格实验分析技术(GGA)的发展和运用,能在冲压成形过程中进行数据模拟与调试实验,这是对冲压工艺、模具设计与制造的技术革新,使得模具在调试期间或者生产过程出现缩颈、开裂、皱等缺陷时能准确分析缺陷处成形状态,提高模具适应裕度。
The size of automobile rear cover outer plate is large,the shape is complex,the forming is difficult,the die is sensitive to the external change factors,it is difficult to accurately determine the cause of defects.As drawing(CAE)simulation technology and grid experimental analysis technology(GGA)development and utilization,can be in the process of stamping forming simulation and debugging experiment data,it is the stamping process and die design and manufacture of technical innovation,make the die during debugging or a neck of the production process,the defects such as crack,wrinkle can accurately analyze the defect in forming state,improve the die to adapt to the margin.
