摘要
介绍了带下压料的天窗冲翻结构在轿车顶盖天窗中的应用。通过对顶盖的冲压工艺以及对顶盖模具的结构的分析,在无顶盖天窗模具后增加一副带下压料冲翻结构的模具,实现轿车顶盖有天窗和无天窗两种状态。与传统的顶盖生产模具相比,该结构不仅能够降低模具设计开发成本,也能够节省冲压车间的占用面积,还可以提高模具的生产效率;与带有切换机构的顶盖生产模具相比,该结构能在一定程度上改善制件缺陷,提高带天窗制件的匹配度,增加客户满意度。
This paper introduces the application of the skylight with lower pressing material in the skylight of automobile roof.Through the analysis of the stamping process of the roof and the structure of the roof die,a set of die with lower pressing material tumbling structure was added after the roof die without the roof,to realize the automobile roof with and without the roof roof two states.Compared with the traditional top cover production die,this structure can not only reduce the cost of die design and development,but also save the occupied area of the stamping workshop,and improve the production efficiency of the die.Compared with the top die with switching mechanism,this structure can improve the defects of the parts,improve the matching degree of the parts with skylight and increase the customer satisfaction.
