摘要
以整车内饰作为着力点,创新性的构建了面向小批量塑件的模具技术支持规范,通过“模具型腔型芯分块式加工”、“斜顶滑块结构简化”、“冷却系统构建”、“表面处理简单化”、“标准化借用”以及“热流道模块化选用”,对小批量塑件的模具结构进行了优化。实践证明,采用小批量塑件的模具技术有效降低了模具的开发周期与开发成本,是助力内饰件价值突破的有效途径。
In this paper,focus on the interior of the vehicle,the mold technical specification for small batch plastic parts was constructed innovatively.Through the mold cavity and core block processing,lifter and slider structure simplification,cooling system construction,surface treatment simplification,standardized borrowing and hot runner modular,the small batch mold structure was optimized.Practice has proved that the use of small batch mold technology can effectively reduce the development cycle and cost of the mold,which is an effective way to help the value breakthrough of interior parts.
