摘要 当电线电缆反复弯曲试检机在高速运转时,噪音大,使用寿命短,其核心零部件轨道一旦损坏,需更换成套的零部件,增加成本。针对这个问题,应用MC901的PA6轨道轮子的材料优点及独特的设计,研发了一种静音耐磨轨道,摩擦小、定位精度高、组装容易且润滑构造简单,拆卸方便。通过实验测试,该轨道能有效地解决问题,为其它同类自动化设备轨道的研发和改进提供了有价值的技术参考。 When the wire and cable bending test machine was operated at high speed,a lot of noise and a short service life was made.In order to solve this problem,a kind of silent wear-resistant rail was developed based on the material advantages and unique design of mc901 PA6 rail wheel,which has small friction,high positioning accuracy,easy assembly,simple lubrication structure and easy disassembly.Through the experimental test,the problem was effectively solved by the track.A valuable technical reference for the development and improvement of other similar automation equipment track was provided.
