摘要
分析了氢冷汽轮发电机组密封油系统常见问题,提出了密封油真空系统增加切换旁路、增加除盐水回收系统两种优化方案。通过切换旁路确保密封油真空系统可靠运行, 通过回收利用水环泵外排工作液,节约除盐水量,提高机组节能指标。实践证明,优化后机组各项指标均满足要求。
The common problems of the sealing oil system for hydrogen-cooled generating unit are analyzed.Two optimization schemes of adding a switching by-pass to the sealing oil vacuum system and adding demineralized water recycling system are put forward.The reliable operation of the sealing oil vacuum system is ensured by the switching by-pass.The demineralized water quantity is saved by recycling and utilizing the demineralized water from the water ring vacuum pump,and the energy saving index of the unit is improved.Practice proves that all the indexes of the unit meet the requirements after optimization.
