摘要
探讨了应用型本科高校非焊接专业工程训练焊接实训教学中存在的问题,介绍了数值模拟仿真软件的应用。通过数值模拟能仿真焊接过程,呈现不同工艺参数的熔池形貌。结果表明,应用数值模拟技术可减少安全事故,节约实训材料和成本,提高焊接实训教学的效果。
The problems existing in the welding practical teaching of engineering training for non-welding majors in applicationoriented universities are discussed,and the application of numerical simulation software is introduced.The welding process can be simulated by numerical simulation,and the molten pool morphology of different parameters can be presented.The results show that the application of numerical simulation technology can reduce safety accidents,save practical training materials and costs,and improve the practical teaching effect of welding.
