摘要
本文对“连XP都/也VP”构式的历时扩展进行了考察,发现了从主体对比类到集合成员类,再分别到整体事件类和典型量级类的扩展过程。“XP都/也VP”构式是“连XP都/也VP”构式发生省略的结果,二者是同义异形的构式变体关系。本文证明扩展和省略在历时构式语法下可以统一,图式性构式的扩展体现在形式(如省略)和意义(如语义类别增加)两个维度上,省略是扩展造成的结果,也是扩展的形式表现。
Through the diachronic investigation of Lian XP dou/ye VP( 连 XP 都/也 VP) construction, four main types of extension processes are reconstructed, that is, from "subject contrast" to "set member", then to "entire event" and "typical scalar" respectively. During the extension of Lian construction, Lian can be omitted and XP dou/ye VP(XP 都/也 VP) construction is formed. These two constructions can be regarded as allostructions, which share the same meaning but different forms. This paper proves that the extension and ellipsis can be unified under the framework of diachronic construction grammar. The extension of schematic construction could be embodied in two dimensions, one is in the form(such as ellipsis), the other is in meaning(such as the increase of semantic types). Thus, the ellipsis is the result of extension, and also a formal representation of the latter.
