摘要
钢轨廓形修复主要采用打磨的方式,随着打磨次数的增加,钢轨的寿命急剧下降,设计了一种钢轨表面激光泮火车,采用激光泮火的方式对钢轨表面进行强化处理,能够有效提高钢轨的耐磨性,提升钢轨的使用寿命。
Grinding process is frequently applied for rail profile recovery.With the increase of the number of grinding,however,the service life of rail would sharply decrease.A laser rail surface hardening vehicle is designed,so as to strengthen the rail surface,effectively boost the wear-resistance and prolong the service life of rail by means of laser hardening techniques.
