摘要
以中原工学院的工程训练课程改革为例,系统地介绍了以项目驱动的工程训练教学实践模式设计、教学运行管理和高阶管理模式探索的情况。在基于项目学习(Project-Based Learning,PjBL)方面,探索“以学生为中心”的并行教学实践模式;在教学运行管理方面,探索以“项目指导教师团队为核心”和“学生团队自我管理为主”的双线管理模式;在高阶管理方面,探索“导师负责制”管理模式,为新工科背景下机械类专业学生的工程训练实践培养探索新路。
Taking the engineering training course reform of Zhongyuan University of Technology as an example,this paper systematically introduces the teaching mode design,teaching operation management and exploration of high-level management mode in our project-driven engineering training course.In project-based learning,the“student-centered”parallel teaching mode is adopted.In teaching operation management,both the instructor team and the student team are involved to form a double-line management mode,in which the instructor team is the core and the student team practises self-management.As to high-level management,the“tutor-responsible system”is explored for a new training mode for mechanical students in engineering training practice under the background of new engineering.
