摘要
采用板片构件的装配式木网壳结构是一种以平面木板为主要构件的曲面网壳结构。平面木板构件通过数控切割技术加工得到,以其平滑的曲线轮廓塑造空间曲面造型。本文从构件、节点、布置形式方面阐明这类结构的设计理念,并通过具体的椭球形木网壳模型的设计与制作加以呈现。结果表明:采用板片构件的装配式木网壳结构具有加工精度高、节点设计简洁、施工装配化程度高、储运方便、造型优美等特点,有良好的工程应用前景。
The prefabricated wooden reticulated shell structure is a curved-surface reticulated shell structure mainly composed of wooden plate members.Wooden plate members are fabricated by numerical control cutting technology,shaping spatial curved configuration for buildings with its smooth outline.In this paper,the design concept of this kind of structure is stated from the aspects of components,joints and structural composition,which is presented through the design and production of ellipsoidal wooden reticulated shell model.Results show that the prefabricated wooden reticulated shell structure composed of plate members has a good prospect of engineering application with its advantages of high machining precision,simple joint design,high construction assembly level,convenient storage and transportation,elegant configuration and so on.
