摘要
BIM拥有强大的三维可视化虚拟仿真功能,改善了传统进度管理方式的不足,施工过程中进度影响因素较多,导致实际进度与计划进度产生偏差。为实现BIM在进度预测中的更好应用,进行了预制装配式桥梁施工进度影响因素分析,提出以多元回归算法为核心的工期预测模型,通过4D实时模拟技术跟踪项目进展,以BIM实际进度模型为数据支撑实现对后续工期的动态预测,实现BIM技术在进度管理中由静态到动态的转变,有效地指导现场施工。
BIM has powerful three-dimensional visual virtual simulation function,which improves the shortcomings of the traditional schedule management.The construction schedule is affected by many factors,which may result in deviation between actual schedule and planned schedule.In order to improve further application of BIM technology in progress prediction,the influencing factors of prefabricated bridge construction progress is analyzed in this paper.The construction period prediction model based on multiple regression algorithm is then proposed.By tracking the project progress through 4D real-time simulation technology,the subsequent construction period is dynamically predicted with the aid of BIM actual progress model.The BIM technology converts progress management dynamically from static state,which mayhave effective guidance to site construction.
