Discussing The Protection of Patients’Privacy in Internet Medicine

互联网医疗在降低患者就医成本及获取高端诊疗资源发挥了关键作用,但医疗信息安全法规缺乏,政策监管措施不到位、隐私保护意识薄弱等风险威胁互联网医疗行业隐私保护进程。文章通过分析互联网医疗隐私保护现存困境,识别出互联网医疗患者隐私保护风险,提出以优化管理流程为引导、应用科学技术为手段,加强医疗伦理观念为保障,完善法律制度为根本的隐私信息保护模式,以向全国推广互联网医疗患者隐私保护提供经验参考。

Internet medicine plays a key role in reducing the cost of patients’medical treatment and obtaining high-end medical resources.However,the privacy protection process of Internet medical industry was threatened by lack of medical information security regulations,inadequate policy supervision measures and weak awareness of privacy protection.By analyzing the existing difficulties of Internet medical privacy protection,the risks of patients’privacy protection in Internet medical treatment were identified,and a privacy information protection mode was put forward,mainly as optimizing the management process as the guidance,applying science and technology as the means,strengthening the medical ethics as the guarantee,and improving the legal system as the foundation,so as to provide references for the promotion of patients’privacy protection in Internet medical treatment in China.
